Meet our team
Tibbitts Brothers Investments is owned and operated by two brothers, Ben and Tayler Tibbitts. They grew up running cows up alley ways for their veterinarian father, who also taught them how to rope and ride, trim a horse's hooves, get up early and work late, and appreciate the importance of farming and ranching to our economy and nation.
Both brothers have taken their upbringing and added to it through education and work experience that makes them uniquely qualified to operate farm and ranch properties for landowners looking to maximize the value of their farm and ranch properties.
Ben Tibbitts
Ben received a bachelor's degree in Ag Business from BYU-Idaho and a master's degree in Bovine Nutrition from the University of Nebraska. He has over a decade of experience managing farm and ranch properties and a track record of increasing the productivity of farms and ranches. His experience includes ranch management work for AgReserves, Inc. in Florida, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Utah, and Snake River Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Tayler Tibbitts
Tayler is a licensed attorney with substantial experience working on numerous complex real estate and business transactions. He is an entrepreneur and a connector who has developed a reputation of combining sound legal advice with tried and true business principles to both protect businesses and enhance their growth. He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from BYU-Idaho, with minor's in Economics and Mandarin Chinese, and a law degree from the University of Virginia.

Our team provides management services primarily through leasing property as a tenant, which allows time and opportunity to implement our programs to increase farm and ranch productivity through efficient farming improvements, tailored cattle programs, and wildlife management.

Investment Opportunities
Our farm and ranch investment thesis is this: identify landowners who could benefit from the additional support our team can provide and structure a win-win lease arrangement that allows landowners to generate revenue from their property in the form of lease payments without the challenges of day to management. Our team creates a return for investors through efficiently managing the property and diversifying and enhancing revenue streams.
